What this means to you is that I monitor consistently (as long as daily is consistent enough for you) where your mortgage is relative to the current market. I send out a report that shows you at a glance where you are, as well as giving you my number so you don’t have to search for it again if you have questions. Which I will absolutely answer, even if the recommendation is that you do nothing.
